Meinung:

DE: Dieses Buch war eine Überraschung für mich da ich nicht vor hatte es jetzt bereits zu Lesen aber dann habe ich es auf Audible entdeckt und fand das es perfekt zu Halloween passt. Und ich bin froh das ich es getan habe denn ich hatte viel Spaß beim Hören besonders die Soundeffekt die dazu gemacht wurden. Für mich ist einer der Besten Hörbücher die gehört habe da mit der Musik und die Hintergrunde Stimmen alles noch Realer gewirkt hat und es faszinierend gemacht mehr in die Geschichte zu sein.

Aber nun kommen wir zu Geschichte es spielt im 19 Jahrhundert und dieses mal bringt uns die Autorin nach Italien besser gesagt in Venedig. Außerdem haben wir es dieses mal mit Mörder zu tun aber gleich zeitig auch mit Schwarzer Magie, Kreaturen der Unterwelt und unsere Protagonistin ist eine Strega (Hexe). Mich hat es faszinierend das es in Italien spielt und wir immer wieder Wörter und Essen Gerichte bekommen haben (da ich halbe Italienerin bin ist das ein Vorteil so brauch die Wörter nicht übersetzten & wer liebt nicht Italienisches Essen). Es hat Spaß gemacht Emilia zu begleitet wie sie denn Mörder ihrer Schwester aufspürt da sie sich leider nicht wirklich an Regel hält wurde es immer Spannender denn sie gerät von ein Fettnäpfchen in denn nächsten. Und dann ist da auch noch der Dunkle Prince Wrath der mein Lieblingscharakter ist. Ich mag sein Dunkle und Raue Seite und hab schnell ihn mögen lernen besonders mochte die Atomspähreh der beiden zusammen. Unter andrem haben wir auch einiges Kennenlernen besonders die Charaktere und der Plot hat mich am meisten gefallen da ich es gut fand wie die Autorin es aufgebaut hatte. Auch wenn mir Emilia manchmal zu unerfahren und etwas nervig vorkam hat ich dennoch viele Szenen die mir gefallen hat und ich kann es kaum abwarten denn zweiten Teil zu hören/lesen und sehen wie sich das dort alles abspielt.

EN: This book came as a surprise to me as I didn't intend to read it yet, but then I discovered it on Audible and found it was perfect for Halloween. And I'm glad I did because I had a lot of fun listening to it, especially the sound effects that were made for it. For me, one of the best audio books I've heard is because with the music and the background voices, everything seemed even more real and made it fascinating to be more into the story.

But now we come to the story it takes place in the 19th century and this time the author brings us to Italy, or better said in Venice. In addition, this time we are dealing with murderers, but at the same time with black magic, creatures of the underworld and our protagonist is a Stregah (witch). I was fascinated by the fact that it was set in Italy and that we kept getting words and food dishes (since I'm half Italian, this is an advantage so don't need to translate the words & who doesn't love Italian food). It was fun to accompany Emilia as she tracks down her sister's murderer because she unfortunately doesn't really stick to the rule, it got more and more exciting because she got one faux pas in the next. And then there is the Dark Prince Wrath who is my favorite character. I like his dark and rough side and I quickly learned to like him especially liked the atomic sphere of the two together. Among other things, we got to know a lot, especially the characters, and I liked the plot the most because I liked the way the author had structured it. Even if Emilia sometimes seemed too inexperienced and a bit annoying to me, I still have a lot of scenes that I liked and I can hardly wait to hear / read the second part and see how everything goes there.

Ich kann euch nur empfehlen es zu hören/lesen. Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen.
